The door to our room was stuck!!! A malfunctioning toilet and inconsistent bathroom lighting were also not ideal!!! Broken furniture and poor cleanliness left much to be desired!!! Come on, improve the basics!!!

The staff was very friendly in all services. The room was perfectly clean and impressive with the bathroom as well as coffee, we felt like at home. The hotel was set in a secluded area very close to a nice area and Mississippi and a good restaurant.

It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with coffee and the bathroom, as for instance and that's great. The location was great for me, to theater...

Charming but needs improvements
The location was ideal for exploring Natchez's rich history. The staff was genuinely friendly.
I faced issues with the cleanliness of the room, and there were no amenities, such as a functional ice machine or complimentary breakfast. The need for better upkeep is evident.

Clean blankets and comfortable bed made for a decent night's sleep. The outdoor swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat, especially after long days exploring Natchez. The bathroom left much to be desired. The toilet didn't function properly and I had to fix it myself. I also found a wet towel left on the floor, raising concerns about cleanliness. A thorough vacuum and attentive housekeeping seemed lacking. Not the worst place, but they need to step up their cleaning game.

The first room had broken AC, a dirty carpet that hadn't seen a vacuum in ages, and virtually no towels available. Moving to another room didn't help much, as it featured a wet floor towel and a malfunctioning toilet we had to fix ourselves.

It was a good pick for a city break in Natchez with solid value for the price. The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing on a hot day. Just check your room before unpacking and make sure everything works.

This hotel is in a nice, quiet location that's conveniently near downtown and a great restaurant. The setting is secluded and close to downtown, as well as having a good restaurant nearby.

I stayed in a King Room, Smoking for 1 night. The comfort level was pretty low. The first room was super hot and musky, no clean towels, and the AC wasn't even on. I was moved to another room, slightly better but still not great. There's a big need for more cleaning, and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in forever. Definitely not a place I'd rush back to!
